Terms & Conditions

• For termly bookings we require notice 2 weeks in advance, In order to cancel all future bookings.
• All sessions are payable without proof of sickness - we cannot cancel sessions because you cannot attend.
• Adhoc bookings require 48 hour cancellation
• No refunds to be issued for clubs or sessional bookings
• If creating a termly booking and you are unable to attend for any reason, we are not able to credit or refund these sessions.
• All sibling discounts can only be applied to block bookings.
• If your child attends sessions for any length of time you will be charged in line with that sessional price.
• Late pick-up will result in a £1 per minute charge per child.
• When booking your child in for adhoc bookings. Please notify the school of their attendance (to avoid children leaving school if unaware attending)
• Adhoc sessions hold a set price of £12 and do not offer the flexi price of early pick up
• If SOTO cancel a session a credit can be applied to future bookings.
• If sessions are cancelled, out of SOTOs control no refund can be offered.
• Camp bookings can offer 50% refund one week prior to booking a full refund two weeks prior
